She has a background in Reiki, massage, facilitated stretching, aromatherapy, cancer prevention and yoga teacher. She has been as athlete for the past 30 years competing in marathons, triathlons, long distance cycling and dance competitions. Her understanding of the physical body through life experience is extensive. she has also suffered personal injury through multiply car accidents enabling her to fully understand suffering and healing.
Makenzy is Lynda's son and has been raised in an environment of health and wellness. His understanding of fitness, prevention, longevity, injury and recovery is extensive. As a graduate of WCMT Makenzy will be able to assist you in your health and fitness goals. His knowledge of the human body gives him the ability to correct dysfunctions and promote healing.
